1General Overview & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the n1baje platform and all associated services. By accessing the n1baje website or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

N1baje is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for Bangladeshi users. We offer betting on cricket, football, and other sports, as well as card games. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

To place bets on n1baje, you must have an active account. Providing accurate and genuine information at registration is mandatory. n1baje reserves the right to cancel any account found to have submitted false or misleading details.

Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Mobile Number: An active Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• One Account: One account per mobile number.
• Identity Verification: n1baje may request a national ID or other documents when required.
• Password Security: Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.

3Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on n1baje, make sure you fully understand the relevant market and odds. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and its conditions are met.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, n1baje reserves the right to void those bets. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable policy. In general, if the match is not replayed within 48 hours of the original start time, the bet is considered void and the stake is refunded.

• All bets are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Odds are displayed in decimal format.
• Live betting odds can change at any moment.
• N1baje reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

N1baje currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal. n1baje may take up to 24 hours to process withdrawals when necessary. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

N1baje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the promotions page. The general bonus conditions are outlined below.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit for new users only.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require 5 to 10x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Bonuses not used within 30 days of being awarded will expire.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn after deducting the stake.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on n1baje. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's details.
• Misusing bonuses or claiming them in violation of the applicable terms.
• Using any software or bots to manipulate the betting system.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Match fixing or any form of corrupt betting.
• Harassing or abusing other users.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time. Contact our support team and the account will be closed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

N1baje may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violating the terms or participating in prohibited activities.
• Failure to verify identity or providing incorrect information.
• Extended inactivity (12 months) — dormant account.
• Requesting self-exclusion.
• As required by law or regulatory authorities.

Self-Exclusion is an important Responsible Gaming tool. You can close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Opening a new account during a Self-Exclusion period is not permitted.

8Responsible Betting
